 The PC401 is a dual-redundant MIL-STD-1553 interface card for a laptop computer.
Designed as an auto indexing, dual ported static RAM interface, it is capable of performing all of the required tasks associated with simulation, testing, monitoring, data communication and production/validation test plans of the various components of the avionics multiplex bus. The PC401 includes full error injection, programmable output amplitude and programmable message parameters. It can operate in independent or simultaneous mode as a bus controller, multiple simulated remote terminals and full/selective monitor.
