MODULAR ASSEMBLY SYSTEM PDF Print E-mail
The FX-1 places 25,000 components per hour according to IPC 9850 standards and uses linear motors for higher throughput and quieter operation. The design structure of the FX-1 utilizes Juki’s SuperCast single piece frame also used in the KE-2050 and KE-2060 models. Contributing to the overall machine placement speed is the dual head on a single X beam design. This increases placement speed by having one head picking components while the other head places.
