Sources close to the Waterloo company have confirmed that a RIM tablet is in the works, according to Betanews.com and The Toronto Star.
-
The tablet will measure 7-inches and be powered with a 1 GHz Marvell processor. The device will also feature two cameras for teleconferencing.

There's is also speculation that the RIM tablet will feature a slide-out keyboard, which is said to be a feature on RIM's latest Blackberry smartphone. RIM's latest Blackberry and operating system, aptly named Blackberry 6, are expected to be released on Tuesday, August 3rd, at a RIM event in New York City.
